Slice House at Green Valley Ranch Resort was created as a fast-casual extension of chef Tony Gemignani award-winning Pizza Rock brand, offering quick-service slices in a high-traffic resort setting. RPM Architecture served as Architect of Record, preparing detailed construction documents and coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and structural engineering. Working with the client interior design team, the space was given a distinctive focal point—a mounted Vespa scooter on the wall—alongside finishes and details that align with the brand energetic, urban aesthetic.
