As part of Oaklawn Racing’s $100 million expansion, RPM Architecture collaborated with HBG Design on the new eight-story luxury hotel tower overlooking the historic racetrack in Hot Springs, Arkansas. RPM was responsible for the entire architectural enclosure of both the tower and podium, including all exterior façades and roofing systems. In addition to the building envelope, RPM provided full interior design documentation for the hotel tower, including all guestroom levels and public areas within the tower footprint. This also included the ground floor of the tower, which housed key hospitality amenities such as the spa, lobby, and lounge areas. The work contributed to establishing Oaklawn as a premier Four-Star resort destination.
