Panorama Tower I is the first of three luxury residential high-rises in the Panorama Towers development, located along Dean Martin Drive just west of the Las Vegas Strip. Developed by Sasson Hallier Properties, this 32-story, 660,000-square-foot tower helped establish a new model for upscale high-rise living in Las Vegas, featuring panoramic views, floor-to-ceiling glass, and resort-style amenities. While at Klai Juba Wald Architecture + Interiors, Richard McGrew was assigned to this project early in his tenure with the firm, attending OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings alongside the project management team to gain familiarity with high-rise residential construction workflows. This foundational experience on Panorama I preceded his expanded roles on subsequent towers in the Panorama series.
