Upon entering Penthouse 4400 at The Martin, guests are greeted by an unobstructed view of the majestic Spring Mountains—including Mount Charleston, Potosi Mountain, and surrounding peaks—framed by two west-facing balconies. The design also captures impressive views of the Las Vegas Strip, providing both a dynamic cityscape and a serene natural backdrop. Bathrooms were designed in keeping with Japanese bathing traditions, with separate rinse areas before the tub. Architectural elements were intentionally concealed upon entry to preserve the dramatic views. High-end features include in-floor heating, custom millwork, specialty lighting, detailed construction documents, finish selections, and full presentation materials.
