Summit Spirits & Wine selected RPM Architecture to provide full architectural services for its corporate warehouse facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. The project included the design and planning of a large-scale beverage distribution center with integrated corporate office space. In addition to delivering detailed construction drawings and coordinating structural and MEP systems, RPM Architecture oversaw the coordination of high-pile storage and rack systems, which required special permitting in Clark County. Advanced visualizations were also produced for the front-of-house area and reception, helping refine the design and communicate the vision to stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and functional entry experience.
