The Martin is a 43-story luxury residential tower located just west of the Las Vegas Strip. Designed and built as a high-end multifamily development, the project includes 372 residential units and upscale amenities that cater to a discerning urban clientele. Richard McGrew served as the lead Project Architect throughout the project’s development, overseeing its progress from schematic design through completion. While concept design was led by Graft (Los Angeles), Klai Juba Wald Architecture + Interiors acted as the Architect of Record. Richard directed all OAC meetings, led coordination with consultants and the client team, managed bank draw meetings, and implemented an internal system for tracking RFIs and submittals. His leadership on this high-profile tower played a defining role in establishing his early career in large-scale residential architecture.
