Following completion of design and infrastructure installation for Escala penthouse units, iStar Financial engaged RPM Architecture to produce three advanced renderings for Penthouse East, depicting the master bedroom, master bathroom, and living room. This design concept drew inspiration from the work of Dale Chihuly, the world-renowned glass artist whose vibrant, large-scale installations have become a cultural hallmark of Seattle. The renderings, developed directly from the completed BIM model, showcased proposed layouts, finishes, and Chihuly-inspired accent elements. Each was delivered as a high-resolution 3D panorama for use on the iStar Financial website, allowing prospective buyers to explore the spaces virtually. These visuals served as a key component in the marketing strategy for the property, combining local artistic heritage with modern residential design.
