The Gonzalez Development was prepared for private owners Carlos and Tina Gonzalez and included two residences along with two accessory structures, for a total of four buildings on the property. From the outset, the design process was highly visual, allowing the owners to explore three-dimensional models early and make informed design decisions throughout schematic development. The architectural direction embraced a Tuscany-inspired modern style, combining traditional warmth with contemporary lines and materials. Flexibility was central to the program, with spaces tailored to accommodate both family life and the owner’s business needs. Dedicated workshop areas were integrated alongside garages sized for an extensive car collection, ensuring the property functions as both a private residence and a place of passion-driven work. RPM Architecture guided the project from early concept through schematic design, balancing aesthetics, function, and long-term adaptability.
