RPM Architecture prepared the complete zoning submittal package for Chelsea Investment Corporation as part of an effort to expand into the Las Vegas market from California. The proposed development featured 100 units in two buildings, along with a community center, tot-lot, and landscaped outdoor community areas. Located on Las Vegas Boulevard, the project included site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed unit layouts for one-, two-, and three-bedroom designs, all formatted for city review and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit applications. RPM Architecture provided master planning, building design, and documentation to meet local zoning requirements, aligning with Chelsea Investment Corporation standards for functionality and livability.
