The Haider Residence is a 2,500 SF luxury condominium within Panorama Tower I at 4525 Dean Martin Drive. RPM Architecture was commissioned to merge three units (3001, 3003, and 3005) into a single, cohesive residence—a complex process that required navigating the building’s structural constraints. A two-foot-thick shear wall separated one unit from the others, and only a carefully engineered portion was removed to create the opening into the new master bedroom. Working in close collaboration with Merlin Construction, the owner’s selected general contractor, the design was successfully executed to achieve expansive open living, a chef’s kitchen with oversized island, and panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, with custom detailing, high-end finishes, and integrated technology elevating the residence into a sophisticated modern home.
