Mint Indian Bistro

United States

4246 South Durango Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89147

For his second restaurant in the city, owner Kris Parikh engaged RPM Architecture to combine an existing restaurant space with an adjacent vacant tenant space, creating a 7,500 SF full-service Indian restaurant with a contemporary twist. The design features an elongated bar, flexible banquet dining areas, modified display cooking stations with ventilation and Tandoori ovens, and dedicated space for banquet food display and service. A custom-designed adult beverage station offers patrons the opportunity to sample a variety of drinks. The commercial kitchen was fully planned to support both banquet dining and large-scale event catering. RPM modeled the existing conditions and all new design elements in BIM, including each piece of commercial kitchen equipment, to ensure a smooth construction process. Advanced rendering technology supported the decision-making process and coordination in the field, resulting in a space that reflects a modern approach to food, décor, and guest experience.
