Although modest in scale, this monument sign for Vista del Robles holds significance as a testament to client satisfaction and design continuity. Richard McGrew was specifically requested by Chelsea Investment Corporation to design the monument after the success of a similar sign at the Carolita Apartments project. Despite Vista del Robles being designed by another firm, Chelsea valued the branding and visual identity developed by RPM Architecture enough to commission Richard’s work again—ensuring a consistent and elevated public-facing aesthetic across their affordable housing portfolio.
