The Westside Deli is a property-owned restaurant with deli style menu selections. Located on the ground level, the deli is one of the primary venues for patrons of Circus Circus. RPM Architecture worked with MGM Resorts International Design to renovate and bring new life into the venue. Within the scope of services, RPM modeled the space in BIM, provided presentation collateral for the material selections, and worked with the Director of Food and Beverage for the equipment selection and implementation.
