While serving as Project Architect at Klai Juba Wald Architecture + Interiors, Richard McGrew led the design and documentation of Indiana Live!, a 224,000+ square foot gaming and entertainment destination for The Cordish Companies. The project included casino gaming areas, food and beverage venues, and entertainment spaces. Richard was involved from schematic design through construction administration, ensuring architectural coordination and compliance for this Type IA hospitality assembly project. The property has since been acquired and renamed Horseshoe Indianapolis by Caesars Entertainment.
