iStar Financial engaged RPM Architecture to design and produce a complete marketing brochure for the Escala penthouse units. The brochure combined professional photography provided by iStar Financial photographer with advanced renderings created by RPM Architecture, including the three renderings each for Penthouse East and Penthouse West. Content development included layout design, integration of amenities and features descriptions, and graphic composition for both print and digital formats. The final brochure presented the penthouses as luxury residences with customizable interiors, supported by high-quality imagery and detailed information to attract discerning buyers.
